Block Managment Accounts Department Service Charge Payment Information
You have several choices for the method to pay your service charge, they are listed below.
You can pay On-Line, using the Online Payments tab on our website with either a debit or a credit card. To do so you must have your property reference which can be found on your service charge statement. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the payment has been successful.
You can pay by Direct Debit, please email accounts@wyse.ie to request a Direct Debit Mandate. Direct debits are collected quarterly in advance on or about 22nd of the month.
You can pay by bank transfer, to do so, please email accounts@wyse.ie quoting the property address so we may send you the correct bank details.
Each Owners Management Company has it's own bank account.
Please be aware that it may take some time for your account balance to be updated.
If you change your bank details you need to complete a new Direct Debit Mandate, email us and we will send you the relevant form.

Difficulty with payment:
There are payment plans available should you find it difficult to pay your service charge, or fall behind with payments. To discuss this option, you need to contact your property manager. It is important to understand that any payment plan requires the working to an up to date account with no arrears.
